Whether a customer wants to book a service or buy a car or maybe just book a demo, being made to wait for either could well mean the end of the relationship.

When you sign up to our Telephone Answering Service you have a team of receptionists who are ready to take your overflow calls between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Saturday and 10am to 4pm Sundays and Bank Holidays.

All of the team are specifically motor trade trained and can have you set up and ready to go within 7 days!

Your calls will be answered in your company name and we will identify:

Service calls

Are they making a booking, finding out the progress of their car which is with you or do they have a technical query? Bookings will be put straight through as they are revenue generating.

Sales calls

Are they existing customers or new enquiries? They are all revenue generating calls so we will put in place a process to get them immediately through to the right person.

Parts calls

Is it a trade or retail enquiry? Do you have separate staff for each of these? If so, we can make sure that the order gets straight through to the right person.

Complaints and Customer Service queries

Do you have a process for these calls? If so, we will work within that process to ensure the continued efficiency of your team. If not, we will help you set one up.

We will then deliver those calls or messages to you by:

  • Transferring each call to you either on your direct line or mobile particularly for revenue generating calls, or:
  • Sending a message by email.
  • Sending a message by SMS.

We have been doing this a long time. Our MD has worked in, or with, the motor trade for nearly 30 years and our agents are trained to be able to identify specific types of calls and handle them accordingly.
