We will contact all potential buyers of the new product or service and arrange appointments for demos, test-drives or to see/speak to a salesman, either over a period of time (e.g a launch weekend) or on a particular day. This is normally a high number of calls over a short space of time followed by a very definite reporting system showing the performance for that campaign.

We actually manage their appointments on an ongoing basis, starting with a few hours a week and going up to full time as the data increases.
