Business in Maidstone, Kent are set for an image lift as Ansacom prepares to open a new office in the town. MD Claire Burroughs has been studying the business opportunities in the area for a while and believes that Maidstone businesses will benefit from Ansacom's unique brand of tele-professionalism. "Business in Maidstone is booming, and with this boom comes new opportunities for all manner of companies both large and small. I want to make sure that Ansacom is in at the ground level to support the development of business within this county town" remarked Claire Burroughs MD Ansacom at a recent business reception in the town. Ansacom's outbound telemarketing service has added extra capacity to its boutique-style service and is now capable of generating 600 calls a day. Whilst this is "tiny" compared to the factory-style call centres, Telemarketing Manager Emma Hunt believes this is a valuable addition. "We don't aim to compete with the volume callers, our approach is firmly based upon quality not quantity. We work on specialist campaigns often involving complex product knowledge so what we are offering our clients is a highly professional and effective extension to their in-house teams."
