At AnsaCom we provide a complete virtual reception service, or a trained support service to your existing reception during periods of high call volume or low staff cover. The AnsaCom price structure is very simple and includes monthly report management:

  • All incoming and outbound calls are charged to the second, not the minute
  • All messages sent by email are FREE of charge
  • 0800 numbers are provided FREE to you to eliminate call divert charges
  • All calls including 0800 numbers are automatically logged and recorded
