System Rentals

System Rentals are an independent leasing company based in East Grinstead. They provide finance programmes to suppliers and resellers of predominantly IT and telecom products and have been in operation since 1987. The problem was that they were answering all the calls themselves and therefore spending too long on unnecessary matters. We now field everything on their behalf. AnsaCom confirms who the caller is, and if they are not a client they will call them back, if it is a client we put the caller through, thus making them much more effective.
