Hi, I'm Claire Burroughs and I started AnsaCom 10 years ago with the idea that we could create a telephone answering service where callers really could not tell they were being answered by a bureau. As we've grown we've stuck fast to that premise - answering calls as if we were truly part of our client's team.
No matter what the reason for you needing your calls answered (you may be out of the office, overflowing from a busy reception, running a campaign or be outsourcing customer services) we ensure we are fully up to speed with your business. And we take full responsibility for the calls to ensure you never miss out on business.
We select our team members very carefully to ensure they are able to provide the best service and we look after them well. I'm proud of the fact that our team members stay with us a lot longer than the industry average and that we have built a team capable of delivering award-winning customer service.
Our main base is Tunbridge Wells, Kent but next year we will be expanding to an additional site in Faversham. It's great to be building a successful and growing operation - but rest assured that as we grow we will be staying true to our values of offering a truly personal service!

I have been working at Ansacom for just over 4 years and have progressed from answering calls to managing the office. I love the day to day challenges of my job and enjoy working with clients in order to improve the service we provide.In my spare time I enjoy horse racing, spending time with my family and BMF (British military fitness!).

I've been with AnsaCom for 2 1⁄2 years now - and the time has flown by. The wide variety of clients means no two days are ever the same. Outside of work my time is spent looking after my 3 year old daughter, travelling, and now refurbishing our holiday home in the Durham Dales.
